On a morning in September 2023, Security Professional Chris was patrolling a corporate parking garage in Texas when he noticed smoke and flames coming from an occupied vehicle belonging to one of the building's employees.

He alerted the employee to the fire; however, in her state of shock, she did not immediately exit the burning vehicle. Instead, she attempted to remove items from it. Security Professional Chris guided her out of her car and away from the fire. After dialing 911, he attempted to put out the fire using a fire extinguisher while keeping others away from the scene until the fire department arrived.

In August 2023, Security Professional Jackie received a phone call from an employee at the warehouse where she provides security. The employee indicated she felt ill and thought she might pass out in the restroom. When the victim lost consciousness, the security professionals immediately called 911. While Security Professional Jackie remained on the line with the dispatcher, Security Professional Tracy performed chest compressions on the victim.

Thanks to their actions, the victim regained consciousness and was transported to a local hospital by paramedics. Security Professional Tracy credited Allied Universal’s CPR training for giving her the confidence and skills needed to save the employee’s life.
