As I made a career change from the Federal government in 1997 as an Lead Personnel Assistant. I climbed the ladders of being a security officers with different companies and organizations. across the city and states. Being a security professional can easily be taken for granted as, in today’s society, a security presence has become the expectation. But these professionals are much more than a part of protecting the property and life of our communities and workplaces. Mr. James is the first person most people see before entering the hospital. He ALWAYS has a smile and kind work as you are coming and going. Other guards barely look at you much less speak. Mr. James is funny, and kind and the best possible person for his position.
