Orren Burroughs has been my director for 5 years and has done an exemplary job as Director and needs to be commended on his great leadership though some hard times at this mall. He has shown how to get it done and helped all his security staff that he was willing to go the extra mile by helping out with time served without hesitation when there was no one else able to cover hours for the client. He is on salary pay and put in many hours extra without pay and was always there to help any officer that needed extra help. Thank You Mick!

After 40 years of my experience with counseling, "Daniel" is one of the most caring and courteous professional in Security and Public Relations. I am proud to have met Daniel and observe him go beyond the call of duty reaching out to a diverse of people in a helpful and pleasant manner at the RTC Southern Nevada South Strip Transfer Terminal (SSTT) in Las Vegas, Nevada. Daniel took money out of his own pocket to help a Veteran with bus fare to get home. This good deed touched my heart and truly show Daniel is an asset dealing well with the public. Mrs. Crystal Bass is always a joy to work with for too many reasons to list. Her constant drive to do the job right, be a team player, and to always help out her fellow officers is just a few to start with. Since the day I began working with Mrs. Bass, I could tell she is not only a hardworking and strong team player, but that she is also a smart, funny, and caring person. These great qualities are demonstrated everyday with her fellow officers, our client, and their customers. It is a true delight anytime I have the privilege to work a shift with her!

If there is one person on our security team at Valero Port Arthur Refinery that would be impossible to replace, that person would be Brittainey Myers. Though I truly believe each of us serve an important role in operating our facility as a team, Mrs. Myers brings many talents to the table by being able to not only post at any position, but also being able to train and supervise every post. Mrs. Myers has worked her way through the ranks as a gate officer to dispatcher to assistant account manager through hard work and dedication, but all along the way she has helped many of her fellow officers be the best they can be, including myself! I am proud to not only be able to work with Mrs. Myers, but I am also grateful to call her a friend, knowing she always has my back on and off the clock!

I recognize Willis Pinckney. Mr. Pinckney is friendly. He was opened to showing me how to do the job. He's patient and kind. When I started working at Motley Rice. I was completely lost. Even now, I still call Mr. Pinckney to ask question about the job and he's always able to give me the information I need. Mr. Pinckney always work with me on any difficult issues. If I'm late or going to be late. He tells me be sure to call captain and the area manager. Mr. Pinckney is always willing to stay that extra hour or 2 and in return the next day. I stay that extra hour our 2. I appreciate working with really good employees. When you work together as a team. It makes the job easier when everyone is on the same page.

Yesterday I walked into the Google Lobby and saw an upset individual standing at the security desk that Officer Vanessa Robinson was directing. This individual was trying to get into the office and repeatedly tried to guilt, manipulate, and force Officer Robinson into letting them get through the turnstiles and into the Google space in order to get help with a 'Gmail' account. It was despicable to see Office Robinson get swore at and treated so poorly, but Officer Robinson did not crack under pressure. Officer Robinson was googley with all her answers and helped the individual move onto another way to try to resolve her issue. I am very proud and happy to be working with Officer Robinson and I wish the entire security the best for having to work with the disgruntled public.
